What good is it to find the right sheets but you have no bed, the perfect rings, reception hall, and dress, but no mate, the right furniture but no home? What good is it to find the right lock but own no key, the right romantic place to propose but no bride to be, the right pan for a pie but no apples and no tree?

Picture this!! Here I sit with sheets, rings, a reservation for a reception hall, a dress, some furniture, a lock, a romantic place, and a friggin apple pie pan….wth

I have become a HOARDER OF HOPE!!

I always seem to find things out of order. You cannot find happiness, love and joy in others, until you find it in yourself. Peace is not a location, it should be found within. You can never be complete being broken. I have to take the time and get me together first. 

I know we live in a world that stuff and things mean success, but instead of standing there with a bag full of unwanted sentimental shit, waiting for the right person, why not DO YOU? 

In your own mind, you think your are ready. You are posted up and prepared looking for a potential, draped in winter white, but in reality you are limping with a lean, hauling bags of what nots, dressed from head to toe in off white and scuffed up pumps.  

How is it that you already have where we will live, what we will drive, where we will take walks, what we will talk about, what we will eat and laugh about, what will be our favorite color and vacation spot, but have not met your MATE yet?
